Looking at an 02 Denali 6.0L.. 200k km

Hey guys.. I'm looking at a 2002 Yukon Denali 6.0L with 200km (about 120k miles).

Just wondering if they are a decent engine? anything to look for with this truck? good trannies?

It's missing the third row seats and we 'may' have heard some slight engine noise but not sure... will have to go take it for a longer drive to be sure.

Any advice appreciated..

I have a '05 yukon Denali and love it. It has 98K miles and runs/drives great! Pay close attention to the trans. See when it's been serviced last - should've been done every 30-40K miles. Lack of maintenance can shorten the life of the trans. Make sure the trans fluid is full and correct red color. Brown = bad, bad. My brother-in-law has a '01 Yukon Denali with 125K miles and no problems.

Overall I'm VERY happy with mine, would buy another one in a heartbeat. I'm especially inpressed with the power of the 6.0 and the awd. Like buying any used car, check fluid levels, ask about maintenance and listen for strange noises.
