lift springs? Are they better than blocks?

I have a 4 inch lift and was wondering if replacing the blocks with lift springs really makes a big difference. They are like 500 bucks so would be good to know if they really make a difference.

They make a difference. I've never used blocks. In my opinion springs are always the way to go.

go with the springs, you will notice a huge difference when driving on road and off.
