I am looking at a 07 LTZ the list on it is $47,635.00 they are coming off the msrp 8,300 should I try to get more

Damn good deal!!

I got $8100 off MSRP of $49K so it sounds like you are getting a great deal...just make sure they don't try to sneak in some $1000 dearler handling fee at the end...if they do, be prepared to walk out and they will reduce it. Good luck!

well the only thing is the dealer is playing games I did this last nite he said that this deal was only good till today so I think I am going to tell him Im going to wait

The deal sounds good to me... but give it a shot if they can take 9K off. If it doesn't work out then hold out for a bit. :thumbsup:

I had the same thing happen to me from a dealer called Westside Chevy....they told me they could do $10K off MSRP 'tonight'....as soon as I said tomorrow they started backpedaling so I said the hell with them....no other dealer would even come close to $10K off MSRP and a couple told me to go back to Westside and see what games they wanted to play....I don't like wasting my time so I stuck with a dealer that was 'pretty honest' (for a car dealership) with me and they got my business...

Well they were playing mind games with at the get go so I told them that I was going to think about it and they said that I had till tomorrow which is today anyways I decided to test them and see what happens

I really dont trust tomnay dealers they are all crooks in my mind there some that I like but there not many



I told them I wanted to see the diffrence between my trade and there car what I would be acually paying for the car so the salesman came back and said $18,500 plus what I owe on the car so they were trying to pull a fast one

NEVER mention trade in until AFTER you have finalized the sell price...even if they ask, just say no and then after you agree on the price ask what they will give you on trade....

Ask them how long they've had the unit. Some dealers will deal better on a vehicle that's been on the lot a while. I've seen a couple of LTZ's around here over the 4th weekend sales that were marked 10K down but they were way loaded and had been on the lot for over 180 days.
