Hey folks - I put the Scosche IPOD device in the car tonight. First of all the package didn't contain the IPOD cable so they had to send me one. Took forever to get through tech support line.
Anyway, installation is fine but when I plug the IPOD into the cable it appears to load up per the video. However, when I press the center "Main Menu" button only 3 items (left side) show up; Playlists, Artists, Genre.
That's it. I waited 10 minutes or figuring it took awhile to go but I never see the Album or Scosche menu items. Sometimes the screen comes up blank.
I am using an older IPOD 5G version. I removed all the movies and podcasts and only left 2GB of music on the device, but again no go.
Any ideas? Hmm, can you say tech support Monday morning?
