Intermittant start issues

So I am about two weeks into a 96 Tahoe and everything seems to be working alright and it's my daily driver. However Friday it didn't start, but all the lights had come on. A coworker gave me a jump, but now that I think about it, I don't think it was the battery. So I replaced the battery because the previous owner had stated it was weak. It started again and worked fine. The next morning I turned the key and all the lights came on, no clicking. I tried again and it started. I tried a few more times and it started. Ran some errands. Parked it for a day. It started 4/5 times with the 1 time the light would just come on. Any suggestions?

Could be a bad starter, could be a bad connection at the battery or grounds, a start relay, ignition switch.
