Interchangable Parts

So I've done quie a bit of searching on this topic. I have found that basic parts such as windows, handles, brake lights, top rack, etc. are interchangable on 00-06 tahoes and escalades. I am curious to know how close the interior would be? I am close to an 06' model with VERY CLEAN interior and would like to get just about everything out of it except the carpet. Im talking the headliner, seats, center console, cluster, and door panels... Anyone have a list of what is interchangable?
