Having an issue with the HID's flashing rapidly, quick backstory is, I bought a wrecked 2015 Tahoe LT, I replaced the front end with an LTZ that has the factory HID's. Found out the harnesses are different and the pinout locations in the junction box for the LTZ harness do not ignite unless the body control module is reflashed.
Since GM has been uncooperative and will not do the required programming for me, I've fabricated and installed a relay harness that gets a power signal from K1 in the junction box.
Problems with this setup:
1. The lights come on when the vehicle is started (day or night)
2. In the daylight, the relay chatters and the lights flash until you manually turn the headlight switch to off. However, the relay does not chatter and the lights stay on steady when it's dark out.
Any ideas??? I REALLY don't want to have to buy the factory halogens after getting used to the super bright HID's.
