How to Remove CargoDoor-Inlet ?

Hey folks, sorry for my english but i´m from germany.

I want to remove that inlet, (that´s what on the inside) of the cargo-door at the back of the car. (See Attachment please!)

Can anyone tell me how to remove this plastic inlet ?
