How to attach front licence plate?

Hey Guys,
My gf has a 2007 Tahoe. It was purchased and registered in FL where no front plate is needed. Today we just switched her over and registered her in MA where she needs to run a front plate. My question is, how does this sucker attach? Am I possibly missing a front bracket for it?

All I remember is screwing it in... There was an indentation for a plate.

There are two small "divots" for lack of better term in the plate area flat on the front of the fascia. Take an undersized drill bit and drill 2 pilot holes for the tag top screws. You will need 2 self tapping coarse thread tag screws (can get them at an auto parts store or Ace Hardware). Suggest running a simple black tag surround to complete the look.

I'm glad fronts are not required in Kansas. Truck looks better without one (as most cars do).
