How did he mount his lights?

So they are just mounted by the lights own mounting system, but upside down?

Hey small trick man. When mounting lights upside down, sometimes it's best to take the bulb and reflector out of the housing and flip it. many of those lights come with a lens that's cut to produce a clean line as not to blind oncoming drivers. My Hella's do that. Also, the converse of that is your light will not be as diffused into the air, but more on the road in front of you.

I like the light but I'm not a fan of the insurance/damage multiplier they are mounted to... Bumper, hood, fenders, and a couple lights.
