When my 2002 Tahoe sets overnight and the temperature gets below about 40, first thing in the morning the horn honks when I turn the wheel. After it warms up it is fine. I get dirty looks when I turn the corner and someone things I am honking at them. I finally pulled the fuse until the weather got warmer.
