Hoe LS torsion key help

I have a 01 tahoe ls that leans to the front a lot. I want to adjust my torsion keys, but does anybody know where I could find the specs on adjusting them. Like what is the maximum height I can get out of them without wearing out everything in the front end?

Just adjust them as much as you want. If you lift or lower the front more than 1 inch, have it aligned.
