Hitch help

I've located a hitch for my wife's '04 Tahoe. I need someone to do me a favor and check their hitch and let me know what tools I will need to remove the hitch. It's currently on a "04 Z71 .The Tahoe is in another town and I'd like to carry the right tools with me and won't have access to any other tools. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

You will probably only need a rachet set, but not sure what sizes.
Heres some pic from my 02 Tahoe same connection points as 00-06.

*2 Bolts close to bumper, 1 on each side

*4 bolts to bolt to main-frame, 2 on each side

You may want to grab some rusty bolt spray and an impact. For sure you will want that impact to put the new one on.
