new member here. been on here for a little while. great site, i already learned some good info here. i recently bought a 2004 Tahoe LT after my 05 Dodge Ram was totaled in an accident. just a few mods done to it. 5% tint all around, 20" wheels wrapped in 285/50/20 toyos, 55w HIDs for lows, 2 Kenwood 12's w/ 1800w Kenwood mono block, fully debadged, removed steps, billet grille. i have some more mods in mind. magnaflow muffler, AEM intake, a 2/4 or 3/5 drop not sure yet, diablo tuner or custom pcm tune, HIDs for fogs and highs, remove the roof rails & XM & OnStar antenna, LED tails smoked or chrome, eventually a rebuilt motor to handle a supercharger (Kenne Bell, Whipple, Magnacharger???), someother stuff also. sorry for the long post and glad to be apart of the forum. thanks. if you have any suggestions on what i should do to it im all ears

Welcome to the forum:beerchug: Clean truck. Just my opinion, but I think dropping it some would clean up the look with less wheel well gap. And if you're thinking about a tune, a custom tune will usually benefit you more than a programmer.

Welcome. Throw a Belltech drop kit on there and you'll have a near perfect, super clean truck.

Looks very good so far though. Give Justin over at Black Bear Performance a call, he'll do you right on a custom tune and you'll never look back. Free re-tunes for life too, so if you ever get into forced induction they'll have your back on the programming and you'll see some mad power.

Welcome aboard!

from reading on here the majority tends to choose Belltech over any other, now just need to decide whether i want to go 3/5 or 2/4. sure will give BlackBear a call when i have the cash ready to do it.

Just depends on how low you're looking to go. Personally I prefer lifted with meaty tires, but then again I live in a rather rural part of CO so it's kinda necessary for me. Looking at your pics though, I'd say a 2/4 would be perfect with those wheels. Not too extreme but you'll take just the right amount of space out of the wheel wells and make your shoes fit a bit better.

Just my .02 though.
