My head unit holds 6 cd's and I can't them to eject or get my CD's to play. Is there any way to get them out? Do I need to replace the head unit? If so, is there an aftermarket unit available where I can still use my OEM controls on my steering wheel?

I can't answer your question on getting the CDs out... but I believe most aftermarket HU have adapter options availible to interface with your steering wheel controls....

From my experience with the stock decks, you can unplugg them leave the unplugged for a couple minutes to reset and plugg them back in then if you push and hold the eject button it should start spitting them out.

i'd throw the stock sh*t away and go aftermarket. most head units can accommodate the steering controls.
