Help with handsfree feature

I am new to this group....and I am old but I can't get my handsfree feature to work. I can hear my callers but they can't hear me. It worked fine before I had a new headliner installed but now it won't work at all. I have a 2017 Tahoe.

could be the mic not being reattached, connect another phone and see if the problem persists, if so, it must be mic connections, the mics are in the headliner, 4 i believe
