Trying to find the cherping brake pads and the back appears to be the problems. Pulled the wheels, note that the rear on my 01 burb takes a 12mm, unlike the fromt which takes the * socket. I have all four bolts broken loose but can not get any of them to back out, or tighten back up so it appears. It acts like a nut is turning on the other ebd, but is goes directly into the caliber support bracket. Anyone ever had issue with getting these bolts to back out ?

No, I gotta type though, that's the first time I read that. The rears tools needed to do the rear brakes will almost definitely be a different size.

Are you sure you are removing the correct bolts? If I recall correctly there are only 2 on each caliper. They feel a little strange because the calipers float on the cylinder the bolts go through, this allows for distributed pressure on both pads.

not positive on the size i think 17mm wrench hold the caliper slide pins take a rag and wipe of around the rubber boots you will see where you can put a wrench on it.

If they are anything like other rear disks, there should only be 2 bolts holding the caliper on. And the other two are for the caliper bracket. Just stick your head behind, it should be pretty clear which ones are for what.
