Just got a really sweet deal on a used 2000 suburban 1500 4WD. I've got mine and my wifes car all payed off finally, and plan on having this truck as a project rig for taking out in the woods for general off roading, nothing serious. I dont know the first thing about lifts or 4x4, but am excited to learn. I would like to put some kind of 3 inch suspension lift, and about a 2 inch body lift. I want this to be a durable truck, but doesnt need to be bullet proof. Any thoughts, ideas, or tips is greatly appreciated. Im sure ill be posting a lot of questions in the time to come.
