Is it an '07? I got my Yukon XL Denali which MSRP'd for $52K+
for $40K with cash incentives. If it's an '07, you can do better.

Anyone in your family a GM employee or retiree? If so, you can get GMS pricing, and save a boatload, PLUS any cash incentives they have (which won't be much right about now, with the 2007's still on the lots)... Lease calculators aren't great -- problem is figuring the residual value AND your interest rate. Interest rate is dependent on your creditworthiness. Best bet is to take a deep breath and go and sit with the F&I guy and just run the numbers, without signing ANY paperwork. Perhaps you're also a member of a credit union or could join one and get a better deal on a loan to make an outright purchase. Just some suggestions...

Here in NY, the residual has an affect on payment along with sales tax being applied if its not paid up front.

Not the best deal.. You can do better!! In addition you have to find out the residual value of it... I am not sure. But consider this.. the tahoe loses over 10k off the sticker in the first year alone..!! Thats a HUGE hit.. you would be better off by far to get an 07 and buy her..!! without question.. But if your mind is stuck on a lease than you are talking 450 a month after you put down the 10k... not bad.. but in the end you walk about with NOTHING.. You could buy a 07 and have a payment of around 600 a month and after 3 years sell her.. and you would walk away with thousands in your pocket.. she would be worth around 30k say in 3 years.. and you will only have about 20k left on your car loan... take that 150 a month difference and times it by 36 months.. thats 5400 bucks.. so yes your monthly payments would be 150 bucks more but in the end you would be 5k vs the lease..

and again this is all off the top of my head.. but going with the 08 the lease vs going with the 07 and the buy financially the 07/buy is surely the best option..!!!!!!!!!

good luck
