Headliner removal help please

I really could use some help. I need to take the headliner out of my 2003 Z71 tahoe to relace the aspirators located above the headliner. My problem is I can't figure out how to remove the rear coat hooks.

Does anyone know how they come off or have a diagram showing how to remove them.

There are no fasteners to remove. If you will install a flathead screwdriver between the top and bottom halves of the coat hooks. Turn it to get the tow pieces to separate, then you can pull the bottom down with your fingers. Once you have these two separated, the headliner will release. You don't have to totally remove them. leave them in the headliner once free.
