My headlights will not turn off in my 2009 Tahoe. Also the car doesn't beep like it usually does when I hit lock on the key fob. I popped the fuse box off and it sounded like a hissing noise (guessing there's some water because of the snow storm). I jiggled and took out the hdlt relay and the lights turned off. Plugged it back and they will not turn off. For now i just turned off the battery. Please help.
I usually just keep the lights on auto, but i did turn them off while parked earlier today. Now, i cannot even turn them off that way. Also, the brights won't work. It turns off interior/dash lights when i try to power off, but headlights wont budge
