Got my Tahoe broken into

Last night as I was walking to the truck I noticed it looked weird my headrest was not on. I was like f%#$ just the wire from my tv's was hanging and I look and my 3rd seat was also gone. Some Ahole broke through the passenger door lock. What is even worst about them taking my monitors it they broke it it aint going to work with out the wire the they snap off but I guess it can be replaced so im not to worried as I figure its material and can be replaced my in-laws are really upset since this happened in front of there place.

Man, sorry to hear about that. They didn't do any damage to the truck did they? It's getting harder these days to keep anything nice w/o someone trying to steal or vandalize your property.

Thanks guys they just broke the lock to the passenger side door lock I think i am not going to fix it I am going to replace the handle along with the driver side one with the one the go in the back doors with no locks. I remember reading someone did that and i thought it was clever and now i am going to do that on both my tahoe and avalanche asap.

I know man, thats the biggest bitch of the whole thing. I had a 95 Honda Accord EX coupe that was all riced out, slammed, fart cannon exhaust, intake, LED tails, nice stereo, etc. (back when I was into the whole rice rocket thing). Some @$$hole broke into the car and caused almost $1900 worth of body damage. Both door locks/handles ripped apart, pried the trunk and glovebox open, and my car was completely ransacked inside...$hit was strewn EVERYWHERE. I must have pissed someone off because there was no need for half of it. Oh well, insurance company hooked me up pretty well after all was said and done.

Getting your ride broken into sucks balls though...it's the worst kind of violation other than rape, IMO. Someone rooting through all of your stuff...

It would be worth them doing it if I could have caught them in act though. Someone would have spent the night in the hospital.

Do you work for Blackwater, I'm expecting a bullet proof hatch on top of her. I spend a lot of time with my trucks and have to say if I catch someone breaking into them, the cops will be your last worry.
