Fuel pump relay

My chevy tahoe 2013 ltz won't start it will turn on and click when I turn key but won't actually start would this be the fuel pump relay? I think my boyfriend took it out. so would that make it do this? And can I only get a new one at a dealership? Any one have a pic of fuse box in tahoe I would love to make sure nothing else is missing.

Is it a no crank no start or it cranks but doesnt start ?

When I turn key it will click and click about 7 times then nothing.

So its a no crank no start condition.. in order to help you i need more info.. have you tried jump starting it .. does it look like you have power.. how do the dome lights look are they bright or dim with the door open.. or even when attempting to start th vehicle leave the driver door open and observe the dome lights a small amount of dimming is normal but if they completely go out a maybe a battery issue if not you may just have a starter issue in either case if your still under 36k on miles you should still be under manufacturer warranty

Sound like a starter circuit failure.. either a bad starte or connection to the starter motor assy. Again if under 36k miles it should be covered by the manufacturer warranty as long as theres no aftermarket modification in that area example an aftermarket alarm or something of that nature

Yea I'm gonna take it in to a dealership just didn't know if it was Somthing simple like dead battery.

If I were you I would try jumping it just for the heck of it if easily possible from a friend or even the tow truck when they come out. .

So I took out battery and took it to auto zone to check and they said it was fine and charged it so brought back and hooked up and now won't come on at all... Should I just get a new battery ?

No have it towed to the dealer the battery is covered under warranty. .

Oh.. if your going through batteries then there maybe an issue with a battery draw or something. . Ive heard that on your year Tahoe that there maybe an issue with your on starr module causing battery draw iconcerns and that there is a new up dated on star module to fix that problem you might want to look into that
