Fuel pump/filter?

A week ago , at idle,.my 99 tahoe would spike slightly in rpms, then slowly die. It acted very sluggish like a fuel flow problem, ..this continues for a few.days, now, the car wont start. I have already replaced the fuel filter, and fuel pump relay switch.....im.thinking its the fuel pump?? I deas???

Unplug the electrical connector off the MAF sensor, will it crank/ fire then?

Do you have spark?

Will it start if you spray some carb cleaner into the intake?

What is your fuel pressure?
