Fuel pressure psi for 1995 Tahoe tbi

Hi all, I have issues with my 1995 Tahoe TBI 5.7.It wan't idle or rev above 3000rpm.If i let the throttle it dies.Checked fuel pressure on ignition on and reads 5-6 psi.Could the the fuel pump be the problem?

check your fuel filter first. If you still have the issue, then it could be the pump or pump hose.

Fuel filter is clean so it looks like i'll have to bring down the fuel tank to change fuel pump.Not an easy job.
