Front Power Window rolls up slow?

I noticed my windows just don't roll up as fast as they used to. It's at the point where the drivers side seems like it's barely gonna make it. Is there some maintenance I can do? Would lubing the drive track help?

probably need to replace the motor regulator.

I agree, that is exactly what happens when the motor/regulator begins going out.
