I wanted to keep my facory stereo but be able to run the ipod and sirius radio without using those cheesy cassette adapters or horrible fm modulators. I found an interface module at circuit city which was priced at about $70 but it rang up as $18! It goes from your factory CD changer port on the back of the radio out to two RCA audio connections, 1 for the satellite, 1 for the ipod/mp3. I tucked it way up under the dash with some velcro so it doesn't move. The sound quality is excellent and it retains the factory stereo's auto volume which was a big deal for me:rolleyes: . Prior to that I was running just the satellite from one of those direct connect wires that goes through your factory antenna. The sound sucked and it interfered with the regular radio signals. I figured this may be of some help to anyone looking to use their factory stereos with some decent sound quality.
