foglight hids

for those who own a yukon/denali who have done a foglight hid upgrade.
what was the bulb conversion kit used ?
i have read that the 9005 was most commonly used but can cause damage to the housing?
any opinons?

i've got 9006 in my lows and in my fogs 10000k's work fine, had them for about 6 months...got my kit from mike (www.higherlevelauto.com)
