Fog/Driving Lights Not Working At All

First post here, just bought a 2000 LT this week and I have a small (maybe big) problem.

Also, I searched for this topic but was unable to find what I was looking for.

2000 Tahoe LT
My auxillary driving/fog lights will not come on. I have checked the fuses, or at least I think I checked all of them, but cannot get anywhere.

Anybody have any ideas????
