Fluid on the driveway- odd pattern

My gf sent me this picture this morning after I had left for work. Had my Tahoe in the driveway until dark last evening and then switched her Mercedes into the driveway. This morning she sent me these pics of the driveway. Said it was dark black fluid. Hard to tell how fresh it was since it was about 2-3 hours after I had left for work, in her car, so my Tahoe was still in garage. No stains under my truck in garage. Odd how there is a splatter with fluid at the top of the driveway and then two runs towards the middle. Any ideas what could cause something like this? I checked her oil level and it reads at max on the stick as does the oil level in the Tahoe. Thoughts?

One more thing i'll add is that my gf said the dipstick was extremely hot when she pulled it out the Tahoe. She had driven about 4 miles.
