Fault code p 1518

My 2002 5.3 liter Tahoe is giving me a fault code of p 1518 does anyone know what this code is?

P1518 "Throttle Actuator Control (TAC) Module Serial Data Circuit"

Have you cleaned your engine bay recently or gotten water in there?

I used a decarbonizing fluid through the brake vacume hose to decarbonize intake area.

Provided that the engine runs ok and there is no driveability problems this fault code is more commonly set if the battery has recently experienced a low voltage condition or there is a loose ground terminal around the cylinder heads.
