Sounds good already, similar to the Magnaflow. What is before the exhaust tip? Is that a resonator?

Don't the Escalades have the 6.2L engine? I like the stock low end rumble, but I think that quality aftermarket exhausts sound better. IMO it would be hard to have the 5.3L aftermarket exhaust sound like the stock 6.2L.

I got 40's with duals on my 07. Sounds good. But damn! That Esky sounded like a Vette! That Youtube link had an SLP PowerFlo exhaust that sounded pretty sweet too.

Your resonator isn't helping you out much if you just replaced the muffler. The complete Borla system gets rid of the resonator.

What part number of Borla muffler did you use. I have not seen a single 3 inch in/out made by Borla.

I have a Flowmaster Super 44 with single in/dual out, with a cutout installed right before the muffler. The Tahoe sounds mean with just the new muffler, but once the cutout is opened, it's a completely different beast!!! Sounds awesome IMO!
