Exhaust Idea

I was thinkin about having the rear ground effects on the driver's side cut out like the passenger side. Kinda Like this.http://www.cardomain.com/ride/2396667/4

I know a body shop that told me they could do it. Now... If I do dual exhaust, should I just use a Y-pipe i.e. 1 in 2 out, or do true duals? If i did true duals on this 5.7, would I lose back pressure, low end torque or what? What would be the pros and cons? And i don't want to use flowmaster exhaust, its played out to me. Everyone has it.

Well, If you think flowmaster is played out then I would think duals are played out as well. Why don't you just put 2 into 1 coming out the passenger side and have a nice catback single pipe if they make them. But have it be a nice wide thick tip. Quality look coming to the side rear. I think that would look a lot more original and nice.
