exhaust and CAI

im getting my tahoe soon and the first 2 things i want to do are put a CIA and a nice exhaust on it, i was looking to do a catback dual exhaust with side exits on each side but i cant seem to find the kit im looking for the year tahoe its a 96 4 door, and as for the CAI what do you guys recommend? I like the k&n but its a bit pricey...anyone ever try out the cheaper ebay ones like this:
