Evap problems ( failed emissions test)

went to get my inspection sticker and evap was incomplete. went home and borrowed my neighbors scan tool and no codes came up but showed 4 incomplete problems. Evap, EGR, oxygen sensor, and forgot the other one. don't understand why my check engine light and codes never came on if it involves emmissions. want to save all the trouble checkin my sensors and valves. if anybody has the same problems or knows any solutions i could use your help

no codes are coming up not even check engine light. when i looked up the emissions test on my friends scan tool it showed evaporative, EGR, and oxygen sensor incomplete
