Background info
Tahoe has 200k miles
Changed sparkplugs and added 10 gallons of crappy gas from my bucket truck that had been sitting for some time on same day.
Motor stumbles a bit, seemed to help adding a couple cans of sea foam to the gas.
Motor stumbles quite a bit more now that the weather is warming and I have the
AC on.
Suggestions? Besides not putting bad gas in? That was 2000 miles ago.

I would start by re-checking the gap on all of the spark plugs to make sure they are correct. If they are, and your still getting the stumbling, then I would suspect that putting in the bad gas may have effected your fuel filter in some way causing the engine to stumble.

Yes, sir. BTW, what year is your truck? If it is TBI, I would change the distributor cap and rotor as well. Than, you may want to change the o2 sensors and clean the MAF sensor.
