I don't want to alter the way she runs and the $130 to replace it would be better spent on new tires :whymewhyme:. Buddy of mine recommended having the machine shop nearby build a hydraulic line with matching fittings to bypass the cooler altogether, it's not like I use it for towing or plowing (and rarely exceed 75mph on highway). I definitely don't want to take a chance on overheating in the least bit though.
Bite the bullet and replace, or bypass?

Update: Bypassed it. Bought a $70 cooler from Amazon only to find out the fittings on it were 1" instead of 3/4 (I think). Still trying to find an adapter fitting to make it work. In the meantime I got 1/2" ID oil service hose and gorilla-gripped it on and clamped it. Hose ain't goin' nowhere.
