Electrical Problem

Ok..Ill try to not make this to confusing but here is my issue. The radio and power windows in my 2001 Tahoe do not work and all fuses are good. Here is what happens...after about 15mins of driving there is some type of clicking going on behind the glove box. After the clicking stops my radio turns on and the windows work. But heres the kicker...the radio will function and passenger side windows go down, but when i hit the drivers side window switches it turn the radio off and the clicking starts again...or not and the radio and windows will just stay off. The window switch panel was replaced with an AC Delco unit 3 weeks ago. Any idea or suggestions...or should I just lite a match?
