I have a service engine code reading as an EGR system problem. I have taken the EGR valve off and cleaned it. I have since noticed a crack in the line to the EGR valve. I replaced the line but the service light has returned...Is it time to replace the EGR valve? How does this affect the gas mileage if I let it go...
