Edge Error Help?!?!

Hey
I have a 2007 Yukon XL Denali and an Edge evolution.
Tried changing to extreme, but got a file missing error. Called tech support and they sent me a new update. I updated and when i tried to reprogram i got past the file missing error but got an error that says cant tune something. Car won't start and it says service stabilitrak and service traction control.
IM ON HOLD WITH TECH SUPPORT AND THEY ARE TRYING TO FIGURE IT OUT!!
jost wondering did anyone have a poblem like this???????????????????????

Well after staying on hold for a while and doing some troubleshooting they finally got my car to start. They told me they were going to make a custom firmware file for my car and well I have to call them tonight and they are going to help me try to get it to work again. Good thing is the car is back to normal(I think), but so far no luck with the edge programmer.

Update:

Talked to EDGE tech support today. They got all my files from my Denali and have to make a custom update for it to work. They have their engineer working on an update that should have full compatibility with the 07-08 Denali or so I understood. They will have it in a week + or -.

just got my evo for an 07 5.3 Yukon and I have the missing file problem. Updated it twice on 'Fusion' and still get the error and missing file stuff. I'll call them shortly to start working on a fix.

Did you write down the missing file number? Mine is 12613968

Yah I wrote it down and they added it to the update. I was still getting an error after it finishes the 5 checksum and the arror was something like " Error code ______ Unable to tune your vehicle. File # _______ missing. Contact tech support. I got an email that my custom update is ready and I will give it a try after school and let you guys know if it works out.

Updated my programmer. Finally worked
Unfortunately,
I put it into extreme mode but didn't feel any difference. I was expecting to feel the extra power in some way. The way people on here talk about the extreme mode, I was disappointed. Also, my best 0-60 was 6.91 with everything stock intake, exhaust, everything but on extreme mode. I was expecting something faster and *READ* it should be 5.88 or something.
