I upgraded to led's in my drl's and turns and had a rapid blink problem.
After reading other threads on fixes I wasn't about to add resistors to each bulb. Drove down to the auto parts store, bought a new electronic flasher for $14 and replaced my flasher with the new electronic one. No more rapid blink, took 4 seconds to replace!

What kinda of electronic flasher was it? Do you have a part #? I was looking on doing the same upgrade.

I believe it was an ep-28.
If you go to the auto parts store and tell them you need and electronic turn signal flasher they should be able to match it to your year. It was a little difficult getting my hand in the spot to replace it but def worth it!
Just make sure it's electronic, standard flashers don't work because of the voltage differences.
