I have a 2004 Tahoe, and was wondering if you can run the HID kits with the stock lights? I have seen a lot of HID's, but most people have projector headlights and such. SO will they work with stock headlights, and would they be "legal"?? Also can HID's go into the stock foglights?

You can install HIDs into both the stock headlight and foglight housings.

HTH would I do that to the fog lights? I bought some projectors from a guy off FFC and would like to brighten my fogs.

You don't need projectors to install a HID kit, although they do focus the light much better than non projector housings. With installing HID's in non projector headlights there is a possibility that the glare will be blinding to oncoming traffic. I don't think you will have too many problems installing them in the fogs.

I installed a 5k kit in the denali with the stock projectors. It really wasn't too bad of an install and the light output is so much more crisp than stock bulbs.
