We have an 07 Tahoe, ltz in Bermuda Blue. 16K mi.

Just yesterday, the drivers seat no longer moves, and the key remote stopped working. The tire monitors also stopped working.

I traced it to the dsm fuse in the dash, and changed it. Both started working. (Not the tires though)

Started the Tahoe, and the fuse blew again. Put a new fuse, blew before I could get it all the way installed.

Where could this short be?

We had to have the dealer install a new lock/remote system because it wouldn't work. Is this related?

And I have no clue what wrong with the tire monitors.

Thanks!

If all of these problems started after the dealer worked on it, I'd take it back and get them to fix it. Sounds like they pinched a wire along the way of installing the new lock system.

That was almost a year ago, but we are taking it in tomorrow.

Seems it also affects the power pedals.
