Is it a do-it-yourself project or should I go to a shop to have it done?

I just don't want there to be noticeable outlines of where the badges used to be....

And if I can do it myself....how?
Just scrape it off with a tool?
Are there holes in which they go inserted or just stick-ons?

I debadged my YUK with a blow dryer and some floss. Worked like a charm. Ran the heat over it for about 2 minutes and BINGO. I was scared as a hooker in church but I did some searches on the site (and the net) and I felt like a beast after I finished. Heck, I want to open up a debadging business. Okay, I am lying about that part but it was fairly simple. Post pics after you're done.

EASY mod, as mo mentioned.

another thing you can do is leave it out in the hot sun of a while and go at it. if you have some outlines after youre done, just buff them out.

yeah and gomez just checked your azz LOL...

to add or simplify the answer....

do it yourself.

I used a heat gun, or blow dryer will work like mentioned.
There will be some excess black glue, go get some 3M Adhesive remover...works better than GooBGone IMHO.

Then, clean the area well, then wax that area, and it will blend easily. Did my whole Yukon in about 1 hour.

haha, i'm just telling you'd find your answer faster if you use it..

but just get a blow dryer, have a friend or someone hold it while you peel it off with a credit card or something... then it should come right off.

after remove the glue with the 3m adhesive remover... and if you still have some type of glue issh on it, wash ur truck and polish it rightt.
