I have a 98 Tahoe 2 dr with a recently installed manual transfer case so I haven't had much experience with it yet. When I engage it into 4hi or 4low and attempt to drive it, the cab rolls back and forth pretty violently. So I pretty much can't go over 10 mph in fear of rolling over.
Also, I attempted to pull my friends 2008 Wrangler and lost because my front wheels did not want to spin even though the truck was jumpy and it was apparent that it was in 4 wheel drive. Are these problems resulting from my CV joints being at extreme angles? Has anyone ever experienced this problem?
Opinions...answers...I'd appreciate it.

What all did you change during the swap? I believe on the push button transfer case trucks that the PCM sends a signal to the actuator to engage the front axle. Maybe yours isn't getting this signal anymore?
