cooling fans and rough idle with a/c on

went out and battery is dead.
hooked up jumper cables and cooling fans come on as soon as i connect clamps.
been sitting for 24 hrs.
drive about 26 miles notice with a/c on idles rough and almost dies.(runs great with a/c off).
next day battery dead again.
new battery.
as soon as i hookup new battery, cooling fans come on. been sitting 18 hrs.
i have been pulling one of the 4 pin fan relays when parked and getting around ok for now, but i need a resolution.
cooling fans coming on after parked for 45 min or more and staying on until battery is drained.
no check engine light on.

ended up being a bad conection to ECM.
dealership said its in a bad spot, water and road grime can get to it and cause this to happen.
cleaned and packed with dielectric grease and problem gone.
