I have a 2012 PPV Tahoe that is a current police vehicle. I'm hoping to find an answer to this problem since our garage can not.
Recently the dash ambient temperate gauge on the dash went hay wire. It was flashing all types of temperatures and sometimes not working. After a few days it started working again.
Now, the recirculate light on the climate control does not light up when its pressed and the vent selector light does not light up either. Both work but no lights. Also when I open the door the Fan speed light and the temperature dials (hot/cold) lights stay on and will not shut off even when the truck is off.
Anyone have any suggestions on what to check? I'm close to just taking it to local dealer but I'm sure they will blame it on something to do with the police equipment.
The heat and A/C work fine aside from the non working lights and the working lights not shutting off.
