I have a 2003 Tahoe I recently bought, great condition I really like it. The rims have stains where the balancing weights where over the years. I see many people selling new take offs that are 18 inch and larger, mine are 16 inch. Can I put the new better looking wheels with larger tires on without causing any serious issues?

You always want to watch for tire rubbing when swapping of course but they will bolt on & work fine if tire size fits without rub.

If you look up the specs on both tires, you want to find the SLR (stands for Static Loaded Radius) If you keep the SLR very close, you should be able to swap and keep the speedometer the same, ride height the same, etc.
