changing pins rear door

Yeah, I have to do the same thing to my drivers side door. Does the door have to come completely off for this?, if so, how do you disconnect all the wiring for the windows and switches, speakers etc. are there connectors inside that rubber boot?

and where did you get your pin/bushing kit from, if I can ask?

we replaced the pins on a early 90's full size pick-up without taking the door off, it was a pain in the ass, but not as bad as holding up that heavy drivers door... put a floor jack under the outside corner of the door to hold it.
