I need to get new convertor's for my 99. Is there a bolt on? When I'm under their it looks like welds to me. I one I see at Kragen comes with the pipes form the exhaust manifold back $400, want to spend less than that.. Is there a place I can just by the convertors only? BTW I also live in Cali:mad3:

You could probably also slip fit them and clamp em if you wanted to. I have the Magnaflow cat converters and don thave anything bad to say about them.

If you have the room under your Tahoe, then yes they can slip fit. I had to have mine welded as I had long tubes put in. The part number for the ones I am using is MagnaFlow 94106CA.
